About us

The main activity of Medical Recruitment OÜ is to search for medical personnel for Danish Hospitals. With a rising aged population and an insufficient enrollment into medical colleges, Denmark is facing a severe shortage of healthcare personnel like doctors, surgeants, nurses, midwives, radiologists, dentists, physiotherapists, medical laboratory technologists, chiropractors, clinical dental technicians and optometrists. This demand is felt increasingly among our patients at hospitals, rehabilitation centers and other nursing facilities.

Contract also assigns that if the candidate changes mind after receiving the license from Danish Health Board, they are obligated to compensate all costs related that Medical Recruitment OÜ has made during these 3 months.

After the candidate has retrieved the license from Danish Health Board Medical Recruitment OÜ-s representative will accompany you to Denmark for your new employer, and provide help completing all formalities for you to settle down.
