Interview

During this first meeting we want to get to know your aspirations and medical standing. We will go through with you the list of necessary documents for Danish authorization. Our company will provide help with translating, notarizing and legalizing documents.

Necessary documents for doctors

1. documentation of name, date of birth and nationality (e.g. in the form of certified true copies of the relevant passport pages)
2. documentation of change of name (if any)
3. translation of documentation of change of name
4. EU diploma, certificate or other evidence of formal qualifications as listed in the appropriate EU-directive
5. translation of EU diploma, certificate or other evidence of formal qualifications
6. Certificate of Current Professional Status Standing (certificate of good standing) from the competent health authorities in the most recent country of work and residence. The certificate must in English confirm that you are legally entitled to work within you profession, i.e. that you have not been suspended, disqualified or prohibited from practicing. If you are a specialist, the certificate must also confirm that your are legally entitled to work as a specialist. The certificate must be less than 3 months old and sent directly from the respective competent authority to the National Board of Health, Islands Brygge 67, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark
7. documentation of specialist title as listed in the appropriate directive
8. translation of documentation of specialist title
9. Original certificate from the competent health authorities to the effect that the training fulfills the training standards in accordance with the appropriate directive (see www.sst.dk)
10. original translation of the certificate regarding training supplementary documentation, if any

Necessary documents for midwives and nurses

1. documentation of name, date of birth and nationality (e.g. in the form of certified true copies of the relevant passport pages)
2. documentation of change of name (if any)
3. translation of documentation of change of name
4. EU diploma, certificate or other evidence of formal qualifications as listed in the appropriate EU-directive
5. translation of EU diploma, certificate or other evidence of formal qualifications
6. certificate from the competent health authorities specifying which requirements of the appropriate EU-directive your education and subsequent professional experience fulfill
7. translation of certificate from the competent health authorities
8. original Certificate of Current Professional Status from the competent health authorities in the most recent country of work and residence.
